A 15 minute phone call with Vicki
Service Description
Book a very brief 15 minute chat with Vicki. There is no charge for the 15 minute call and it can be used for enquiring for a friend or family member. However it is a very brief chat as Vicki's fits in the call between her appointments and therefore cannot go over 15 minutes. If you feel you need more time to ask questions and discuss your concerns please book an introductory session with Vicki. There is no obligation or commitment to proceed if you don't feel Vicki is the right counsellor for you.
Cancellation Policy
For a 15 minute call or 50 minute introductory session: Only one booking per new enquiry. Introductory sessions are for 50 minutes. Please be aware that once you have spoken to Vicki you cannot rebook an introductory session or 15 minute call - it will be cancelled and you will not be refunded. After your initial chat with Vicki, if you wish to book in further sessions you will need to complete an online e-form first. Vicki will discuss this with you during your introductory chat. Please ensure you provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment or you will still be charged (this applies to ALL sessions ie introductory, pay as you go and block booking. It also means last minute bookings (booked that day) cannot be refunded if you have to cancel/rearrange). There is no charge for a 15 minute call. Buying Blocks of Credit : You must have attended an introductory session or a 15 minute call with Vicki and returned your completed e-forms as requested before purchasing blocks of credit, If not, any sessions booked will not go ahead and/or will be cancelled. Please be aware your credits are valid for no more than 12 months from the date of purchase, so please ensure you use all your credits up in that time.
